Cancellation Policy

Appointments Policy Thank you for choosing our services! We’re excited to serve you. Please take a moment to review our appointment policy for bookings, cancellations, and rescheduling. Booking an Appointment: Clients can book appointments up to 2 months in advance and up until 1 day before the scheduled appointment. Canceling or Rescheduling Your Appointment: Clients have the flexibility to cancel or reschedule their appointments online up until to 48 hours before the scheduled appointment time. If you need to make changes to your appointment, please ensure they are done outside this 48-hour window to avoid any issues. No Cancellation or No-Show Fees: We do not charge any cancellation fees or no-show fees. However, if an appointment is not cancelled or rescheduled up until the 48-hour window (before your appointment), no refunds will be issued. Credit Notes: For appointments not cancelled or rescheduled within the given timeframe, a credit note will be issued instead of a refund. The credit note can be used for future bookings and will remain valid for up to 6 months from the original appointment date. Extenuating Circumstances: If you are facing extenuating circumstances that affect your ability to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please contact us.
